Product Overview

SIC645ALR-T1-GE3 is a VRPower smart power stage module with integrated high-accuracy current and temperature monitors. It is a smart VRPower device that integrates a high-side and low-side MOSFET, a high-performance driver with integrated bootstrap FET. The SiC645 offers high-accuracy current and temperature monitors that can be fed back to the controller and doubler to complete a multiphase DC/DC system. This simplify design and increase performance by eliminating the DCR sensing network and associated thermal compensation. Light-load efficiency is supported via a dedicated left control pin. The application includes high frequency and high-efficiency VRM and VRD, core, graphic, and memory regulators for microprocessors, high-density VR for server, networking, and cloud computing, POL DC/DC converters and video gaming consoles. Input voltage range from 4.5V to 18V, supports 60A DC current Compatible with 3.3V (SiC645) tri-state PWM, down slope current sensing ± 3% accuracy current monitor (IMON) with REFIN input 8mV/°C temperature monitor with OT flag Dedicated low-side FET control input Fault protection, high-side FET short and over-current protection Over-temperature protection, VCC and VIN under voltage lockout (UVLO) Open drain fault reporting output, up to 2MHz switching frequency PHASE, SW voltage range from -0.3 to +25V (GND - 10V, < 20ns pulse width, 10uJ) Dual cooled powerPAK MLP55-32L package, temperature range from -10 to +100°C

Returning

All returns should be made within 30 days of date of invoice and be accompanied by the original invoice number, certificate of guarantee card, parts picture and a brief explanation or test report of the reason for the return. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days. Returned merchandise must be in original packaging and in resalable condition. Parts returned due to customer error at time of quote or sale will not be accepted. Please contact customer service for a return authorization before return shipment.
