Refund Policy

Return & Exchange Conditions:

Case 1 

Such as a deficiency in quantity, delivery of wrong items, and apparent external defects (breakage and rust, etc.), and we acknowledge such problems.

We will be responsible for the return postage fees and replacement fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Case 2

The Company operates a 30 days return policy. To be accepted for return on this basis, Goods should be returned for receipt by the Company within 30 days of despatch.

The customer is responsible for return postage fees and replacement postage fees. 

 

 

Two processes to return the products:

1.Obtain Requesting Return Authorizations.

2. All returns should be made within 30 days of date of invoice and be accompanied by the original invoice number, certificate of guarantee card, parts picture and a brief explanation or test report of the reason for the return.Returned merchandise must be in original packaging and in resalable condition.  Parts should be unused and in original packaging.

Refund time 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.

Note:

1.The policy is valid for 30 days from the delivery date. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days. 2.At the time of quoting or the time of purchase, a product may say that it is Non-Cancelable/Non-Returnable (NCNR).  These products are not returnable. 

3.Any charges from customs and other fees should be paid by customers if the return reason is the customer's reason, such as buying parts mistakenly,etc,we will not accept COD shipments.  Please contact our Client Support Team to initiate the return. 
4.Parts returned due to customer error at time of quote or sale will not be accepted.
