Product Overview

LTM4681 is a quad 31.25A or single 125A stepdown uModule (power module) DC/DC regulator featuring remote configurability and telemetry-monitoring of power management parameters over PMBus. It is comprised of digitally programmable analogue control loops, precision mixed-signal circuitry, EEPROM, power MOSFETs, inductors and supporting components. This device's 2-wire serial interface allows outputs to be margined, tuned and ramped up and down at programmable slew rates with sequencing delay times. True input current sense, output currents and voltages, output power, temperatures, uptime and peak values are readable. Custom configuration of the EEPROM contents is not required. At start-up, output voltages, switching frequency, and channel phase angle assignments can be set by pin strapping resistors. It is used in application like multi-rail processor power, configurable core power. Wide input voltage range is 4.5V to 16V Output voltage range is 0.5V to 3.3V ±0.5% maximum DC output error over temperature Integrated input current sense amplifier, 400KHz PMBus-compliant IC serial interface Supports telemetry polling rates upto 125Hz, integrated 16bit Σ ADC Parallel and current share multiple modules Digital soft-start/stop ramp, program analogue loop On-board EEPROM fault log record Operating temperature is -40°C to 125°C Package style is 330-lead BGA

Returning

All returns should be made within 30 days of date of invoice and be accompanied by the original invoice number, certificate of guarantee card, parts picture and a brief explanation or test report of the reason for the return. Parts returned due to customer error at time of quote or sale will not be accepted. Please contact customer service for a return authorization before return shipment.
