The EPM240T100I5N is a Flash Complex Programmable Logic Device with 240 logic elements. The MAX II CPLD is based on a 0.18um, 6-layer-metal-flash process and non-volatile storage of 8kb. MAX II devices offer high I/O counts, fast performance and reliable fitting versus other CPLD architectures. Bus-friendly architecture includes programmable slew rate, drive strength, bus-hold and programmable pull-up resistors. Instant-on, non-volatile architecture Standby current as low as 25uA Provides fast propagation delay and clock-to-output times Supports hot-socketing

Returning

All returns should be made within 30 days of date of invoice and be accompanied by the original invoice number, certificate of guarantee card, parts picture and a brief explanation or test report of the reason for the return. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days. Returned merchandise must be in original packaging and in resalable condition. Parts returned due to customer error at time of quote or sale will not be accepted. Please contact customer service for a return authorization before return shipment.
